Orders & Confirmation

All orders are subject to written confirmation after final approval of pricing, designs, specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines. Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be accepted or may incur additional costs.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in agreed currency and are subject to change until order confirmation. Payment terms will be finalized at the time of order confirmation. Production will begin only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.

Samples & Customization

Samples are provided for approval before bulk production. Minor variations in color, fabric, or finish may occur due to material availability and production processes and are considered acceptable within industry standards.

Production & Delivery

Production timelines are estimated and may vary depending on order size, customization level, and material availability. Merth Impex is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Quality Assurance

We follow strict quality control procedures throughout production. Any quality-related concerns must be reported within a specified period after delivery, as agreed during order confirmation.

Shipping & Risk

Once goods are shipped, responsibility and risk are transferred to the buyer. Shipping terms and methods will be agreed upon prior to dispatch.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and artwork provided by the client remain the client’s responsibility. Merth Impex assumes that the client holds the legal rights to use and reproduce submitted designs.

Cancellations & Refunds

Confirmed orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to mutual agreement and production status.

Limitation of Liability

Merth Impex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

Merth Impex reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
